My aircon ledge is full of tissue paper. Every week i've to use a long broom to sweep. Heavy raining day, I've to check 12 floor down to ensure all  windows below are closed before i wash the ledge. But the next day, the tissue paper start to pile up again.

Hi all,

I've just moved in 2mths ago and staying at Blk 638x. I am encountering the littering problems also, sigh.. and i never dare to hang out my clothes because I'm only staying on the 5th floor and there are 13 units above me! When i first got my house keys, i was literally shocked to see so much rubbish lying outside the lege of my kitchen window. Sanitary pads, gloves, EZ-link cards, etc... I had tried to clear them but realised that my efforts have gone to waste because, the next day, new rubbish would find its way there. So now, I have given up on the neighbours staying above me. Sometimes, there would be litter flying down when i was watching tv in the living room. I really don't know what is the brains of those people who litter. Maybe they find it a thrill to do that. I simply think they are idiots.

just wanna share my woes too. for the past 2 weeks, empty instant coffee packets had been thrown at my air con ledge and with a few flying into my kitchen. my neighbour on the 14 floor also kena. i patiently cleaned everything up. until husband cannot tahan any longer on saturday, went upstairs and confronted the only two neighbours (16th and 17th floor) staying above us with the "evidence" in his hands. both neighbours denied such acts.

guess what! after dinner, my air con ledge is filled with used tea bags!!!!! wah... i think they must be thinking, coffee packets cannot, then teabag can! lucky we didn't hang our laundry out. we called police and told them about this. one hour later, the police really came. asked a few questions and told us they will go upstairs and check.

for the past two days, i ledge had been litter free. and i hope it will be for long too...
