Hmmm...i tink HDB greedy 1, sure will build phrase 2 coz phrase 1 so laku.

Sundial so small also got ppl buy.  My frens visited my house and saw sundial on d opposite side, they all say wah lau, so small.  I said so small also got ppl buy u know.  Give HDB impression, smaller flat is better....hehehe

Next time HDB will build 5 rooms flat with all the rooms (living room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms) the size of our bomb shelther.  Price, $300,000 and beyond
