Then we proposed to HDB to build a 40 storey high flats in front of Sundial.   So to block everybody....hehehe .
Then Enblock Punggol Gardens, 16X's resident to the new 40 storey flat....as a compensation, if not, revalue our flat (now blocked view, sure price drop like hell) and HDB return us the difference, in CASH, not CPF.....good idea or not.....hehehe
