not impressive at all, full of bull shits.

They are going to make that Serangoon Canal for dayung sampan, built flats there? Goodness! That side is near the runway. Hopefully the flats there are equipped with noise cushion.

i've learnt to read wat goverment say with a pinch of salt. i will believe watever is being promised when im standing on it, touching it or using it.

i suspect also such talks are juz ways to jack up the price of flats in order to line their pockets. tis may be gd news to those early believers of punggol21 and sunk in money for absurd prices of flats then but i doubt resale prices will climb much. punggol has too many negatives to warrant high resale values

I wonder why keep on emphasizing Punggol re-sale flats are high. Islandwide property prices are also high. Even our expenses are high. Chey...no big deal.
