Just hope that we can have our own Central with a big shopping center with cinema in it. Also DO NOT build a new bus interchange like Sengkang Bus interchange which is one of the latest but the most sucks interchange which I've ever seen. Dark, Warm, Stuffy, even the passenger waiting area is also sucks.

on top of that bus interchange is a condo. according to fengshui master, it is not very ideal home.
