the Punggol 21+ exhibition beside Punggol showing future development should be renamed "Punggol Con Job - Part II". I wonder if there will be a Punggol 21++..  smoking

Usually we go to restaurant, there will be +++. So after Punggol 21+, we still need to wait for another 2 plus(+) in order to have Punggol develope. Tongue

When the concept of Punggol as a waterfront town was first introduced to Singaporeans in 1996, it generated a lot of buzz. 

Punggol 21 redefined the traditional norms of town planning and set new standards in public housing design. 

Unfortunately the 1997 Asian Financial Crisis hit and housing demand dropped and this slowed down Punggol’s development. 




Are they going to factor in another economic crisis plus natural disasters?

Ytd I saw Teo Chee Hean walked past while I was on my way to grab a cab at the main road before Punggol Plaza, I wonder why he needed 2 policemen to follow him.... scared disgruntled punggolians humtum him issit
