hi drivers be careful of bikers taking short cut n riding against the traffic.Seen few bikes like to ride up slope against traffic Cry

I heard from a friend who drive that with all these jokers around, it is good to keep a camera or have at least a good camera phone in the car. In case anything happen, can take photo as evidence that you are not at fault. Is this true?
