Saw a team of 2-3 person patrolling the Edgedale area around 10pm+.
Could it be AVA finally taking action to enforce the pet licensing thing?

In contrast to popular beliefs, GSD are very affectionate dog. They are loyal to the core and are seldom aggressive. They are also good with children and very patient. They are also not barker.

It is a pity that GSD are cased in a very bad light in TV, movie, etc. Probably due to the kind of work they do. However, GSD are by nature, bread for sheep herding.

Statistic has shown that despite their aggressive outlook, bite incident involving GSD are very rare or non-existant in Singapore. In fact, Golden Retriever, so call safe-breed and very popular around HDB and Private Estate are 5 times more likely to cause injury than a GSD.

However, GSD handled by a 5yrs old is wrong. There is no way a kid can control him. This is irresponsible ownership as per many dog owners. Someone ought to talk to the family owning the dog. However, in my opinion, problems involving indian family (no offense here) are very hard to deal with. They are not receptive to suggestions.

I have kept GSD for 20yrs. Presently, I downgraded to an HDB flat in Serangoon (sorry, tried to get a house in Ponggol but too small for my liking). When I first moved in, there was many objections from resident citing my dog is dangerous. However, I bring my dog out to meet residents and play with the kids and the opjection has creased.

GSD, properly trained are nice dog...give em a break. Get to know one. I can bring my to Ponggol Field and you guys and ladies can have some fun with him.

FYI, GSD are suitable for apartment living, however, they required at least an hour of LONG REAL walk a day.

So here you have the truth. 'Small' dogs and not the big ones in HDB flats. Either follow the rules or give up your huge doggy lah.
