Saw a team of 2-3 person patrolling the Edgedale area around 10pm+.
Could it be AVA finally taking action to enforce the pet licensing thing?

Not too sure how dog licenses are being registered in SG, but don't they required address of the owner? Based on the breed (ie. size) and address, won't AVA know whether any HDB owners are keeping huge dogs?
