That's normal.
Having a job, drawing a salary.
Can't expect them to be like the supercop in Jackie Chan movie right??

The police have got a job to do. So they better wake up and do their job. Tax payers pay them. In other countries when things happen, the police are there in minutes...HKG, US, Japan. If our police is not able to do so, they are useless. Anyway, they are slow moving here. Why I know, and how I know, is because I spend a good lot of time overseas once in a while and I can judge our police force to the others. So if anyone wants to protect or cover or system. think more than twice. We have lot's of fallbacks and we are not at all efficient.
