Sometimes people keep saying why we got so much to complain, but imagine the police took more than an hour to reach the scene. Although its not a murder or kidnap case, but 1 hour is really too much.
What to do, we got no choice but to live with it. No matter how, the only thing we can do is call the police.
I wonder whether the police patrol car work 8 to 5, cos so far I never saw a police patrol car in Punggol before. Maybe I'm worng.

If they can arrive within minutes, they are not known as polis liao. They would be called Superman.
But we all know the super heros only exist in comics..
Too bad..

The NPC in Sengkang seems very big hor...but I think only 2-3 policemen and 1 miserable police car.

Because I was told that these policemen will cover areas in Hougang, Serangoon, Sengkang and Punggol.

So 1 hr 10 mins to reach Punggol should be reasonable to them.

.. punggol is sited close to the coastal line which is prone to "external visitors", I though police patrol ( beside the coast guard) should also be more prudent in this area. smoking smoking smoking
