This is what i would do and i had done twice.I want to keep Punggol free of drug addict. Bcos they can influence our children. I know it is up to the kid to decide and also how the parent have educate them. But without the influence it will not happen. What i did was i follow the addict from a close distance and call the police. I inform them that i am following the addicts. The patrol officer in the car will call me for the exact location. So i guess that why they came in 40 min the first time and 30 min the second. As soon as the police came i left the scene.

Frankly, our MP, Ms P is considered not bad already, at least she bothers to listen to most of our "complaints" & try to find some solutions......
my mum's estate previous MP, "no sound no sight", never see much improvement in the estate, I always wonder why he was there?.... last election, he was "phased out" & moved to a "high profile" corporation.... hmmm...guess in politics for business benefits?....

Anyway, I suggest to see Ms P personally to tell her the 'Urgency'..... I guess she probably get a "summary of what happened here" from her "runners"..... or anybody who knows her "runners" can feedback "urgently" or not??
