Quite impractical to use a sink over the toilet bowl.... fine if u want to wash your hands... but what if you want to handwash your clothers in the sink? Won't it overflow?

I think they are trying too hard, why not let everyone collect rainwater? I have a friend who tried to buy a water purifier and put in her place. She was told its illegal to collect and recycle rainwater. Everyone must use water from the tap.  Huh?
