Quite impractical to use a sink over the toilet bowl.... fine if u want to wash your hands... but what if you want to handwash your clothers in the sink? Won't it overflow?

I think they are trying too hard, why not let everyone collect rainwater? I have a friend who tried to buy a water purifier and put in her place. She was told its illegal to collect and recycle rainwater. Everyone must use water from the tap.

Yes, there is plan to connect Punggol Mrt to Pasir Ris MRT.  MRT will stop at Punggol Central near Riveria MRT.   Not sure when it will start construction.
