The point is this Alaska...and not if is or is not public housing. The fact that they have the cheek to stuff flyers at your door/gate...is it not violation of privacy or vandalism? It is my door and my gate. That belongs to me and I paid for it. No one should be stuffing anything there. It is like the behaviour of any 'ah long' so such a practice of dropping flyers should be stopped. The Govt should act. Full stop.
