Unethical property agents and littering of flyers.

Well, we can take action against them.   Will take a few agents to court for doing it and make them an example to other property agents. Let the court rule that any acts like stuffing flyers, pasting notices will result in fines and caning, same as vandalism. Inform your town council.  For cold calls, you can complain to Singtel and let Singtel lawyers deal with the agents/cold-call caller.

When we meet the minister, inform them about the problems. 

We pay lots of $$$ to town council, it's time for them to do more work.

its not agents' fault.

its the ppl who distribute the flyer 

not to forget the ppl who throws them on the floor. 


plus complaint town council nothing can be done.  they hire old ppl to clean.  this uncles & aunties are old.  plus they work only from mon-fri till certain timing.  its not a daily 12 hr job, 7 days a week.

unlike bangla who stays 24hrs/7days a week


for an example just look around when it is sunday night.  for my 135, the floor is worst than the dust bin.  sometimes green phlegm on the lift floor can harden, u know.  waiting for uncle to mop it off

let's put it this way, they are earning a leaving & advertising & marketing is part of how they get earned?
