true, but some flat in bedok, does have gates at lift lobbies and stairs.  HDB built it during their upgrading program.   

Got an idea, don know u all like it or not.     We print a round punggol.sg sticker with our website address which say Welcome to Punggol with a "No Entry" sign pic of flyers.     

Or, we provide a small bin outside our door, with a sign, pls place yr advertisement flyers here, thank you.

So far has anyone try pasting notes saying no flyers?     Does it in any way helps?
It's only in the afternn, and i have 3 pcs of flyers on my door....
