I have one more suggestion to the campaign.

How about bring your own forks and spoons (BYOFS) at hawker centre ? So the hawkers don't need to provide plastic forks / spoons which helps to save environment ?

BYOTP - Bring your Own Toilet Paper / Bring your Own Tissue Paper (No serviettes to save enviroment)

BYOW - Bring your Own Water (New Save Water campaign...which in the end you will contribute to NeWater)
