Big Dog Not Leash At Playground

You guys encountered people bringing their dogs into Punggol Plaza? Not just the pet shop at the basement...i once saw a lady put her dog into the green NTUC basket and went shopping in NTUC....

I approached her to inform her dogs not allowed in PP what more in NTUC. These are such basic common sense and people are ignoring it. We're not asking much but pls use your brain....

Most owners will give the remarks 'the dogs are like their family member' but they must not forget....the dog is related only to them and not other people....

I am human so is no way related to an animal....

ya lor......there are so many inconsiderate dogs owners out there.

Some forumers whom are dog owners wrote to all of us that we are very cruel to their animals. Complaint to AVA for those keeping big dogs. Who cares whether the owners are down-graded from bungalow to HDB. As long as keeping a BIG dog in HDB flat without licence is against the law.

Under classificaion of Animals, mammal are animal.... so... we, human being are animal, who just happen to be of the highest form of life........ hahahaha....
