I myself also scared of dogs especially the stray dogs near SPC the last time, went for jogging. I had to stop my jogging because a stray dog was following me.

Blk ----, 17th floor is keeping German Shepherd and 2 smaller dogs. Indian family. No need to reveal the unit no, because the moment come out of the lift or pass by that unit, the dogs start to bark. Very very obvious.

I don't really like dogs coz during my childhood, I was bitten by this big black dog which was as tall as I was back then. Really bad memories that I will never forget.

Thus imagine your dog becomes the mental scar of some kids, just because the dog owners refuse to leash them...

To lease a small dog or leased by an adult is not really that bad. Imagine if you see youngster who brought their big dog for a stroll. You think these youngster or even children can really control their BIG dogs should they get aggressive?

Enough of talking the walk, let's walk the talk!!

The list
======
Blk --- 17th floor - 2 big dogs
blk ----, 17th floor - German Shepherd and 2 smaller dogs
blk ---, 4th floor
blk ---- (not sure which floors) - 2 big dogs seen
