whatever it is, just activate AVA once the blk and unit no. of those big dog owners had been found out.

Not easy. We can't possibly stalk the owner back to his home.

And THESE people would probably cook up some excuses to the AVA and be let off...

If we can't get the blk or unit no., can't AVA come to the place the dogs were reportedly seen and approach the owners directly. They have the authority right? Cos these big dog owners can't be private property owners who happen to walk their dogs at our neighbourhood.

To enforce the rule, i think AVA should make rounds themselves and not just wait for reports.

Unless AVA officers are very very dedicated to his/her job. Willing to spent the whole day in the garden or playground to ambush these BIG dog owners.

We will not follow the dog all the way home. But if the owner has a routine, we can gather information from neighbours. Sometimes, maids bring the BIG dogs may talk to another maid. So we can talk to another maid to ask about the BIG dog maid's block and unit no.

It is just a matter of time.

The German Shepherd which owned by Indian family at blk 101B, it took me sometime to know which blk and unit this dog belongs to. I knew the German Shepherd is around, my neighbour told me who is the owner because her sister lives in the same block but different storeys.

blk ---- (not sure which floors) - 2 big dogs seen
blk ---- 3rd floor (directly facing road) - a big white dog (with grey 'clouds' spots)

The ---- dog was staring at the road, looking very fierce. My wife and myself was walking pass the blk and she was terrified with the dog seems staring at us!!
