Yeah, i always wonder how come that house located on the 1st floor is empty.   Punggol Gardens is fully sold.  If that house is vacant, why HDB did not sell it.   Guess muz be it already belong to someone but never move-in.....or.....they move-in then move-out again.....

Can somebody check it out......kekeke

When i saw it next door neighbour with lots of religious wording outside their house.....i sometimes wonder why it need it.......hmmmm........anybody care to find out
