This is facing the new blocks under construction right?  There is one or two noise meter, to measure the noise level from the construction site, locked up in this box.  Can check if it is locked.  If it is locked means confirm liao!  Bcos those meter costs $1000+++++ each..... construction site needs to keep a record of noise level and dust level on the surrounding flats, they will need to produce to NEA when people complain lor.

Oic...no wonder i oso found one of these lock up box at around BLK 172(Opp the school construction site)..so it's really a noise meter..
