This is facing the new blocks under construction right?  There is one or two noise meter, to measure the noise level from the construction site, locked up in this box.  Can check if it is locked.  If it is locked means confirm liao!  Bcos those meter costs $1000+++++ each..... construction site needs to keep a record of noise level and dust level on the surrounding flats, they will need to produce to NEA when people complain lor.

Hee.. paisay cannot take picture clearly.. but that is so cool that you know what it is..ya its facing the construction site.  thanks for telling me!! clapping clapping clapping

Ohh..... quite surprised to see so many bro and sister (punggolians, like this name very much) actually reply to my small contribution.  Seems like the forum is very active.   No lah, i don't work in NEA or construction industry.  I work as a safety officer (not security guard hor, bcos some friends thought i am security officer when i told them) in petrolchem industry, far far away in the west.  Came to know about all these noise meter, construction stuffs during my studies some years back.  Never know i can use it to "hao lian" again!!!! hahahhaaa... good day to all....
