scout around sis
and becareful of the hidden cost

nowadays contractor will tell you to buy your own sink/hood/hob etc
and the will provide istallation free

what i did was
i increase my budget slightly higher than the quoted price
but i want everything included
if the contractor says cannot
i find other contractor;p

Have you tried the classified ads .. saw some cheap contractors but not sure if good or not.... maybe people here can share their experiences since we are still fresh to renovation contractors...

For me, I am DIY.. I go IKEA  Grin
