Cannot. Need RC to approve the gathering. Town Council dun allow us to book the places.

Than we do it at punggol marina for a start .....rental is cheap
and we can do a small psg family day by the sea .....

But I saw people holding Party, Funeral, wedding in the MultiPurpose Hall. Town council said can't?

Can hold party, funeral etc. Cannot sell things. Illegal gathering....... Punggol Marina very inconvenience right? Who will come?
