hi all...thank you so much for your replies..i'm the only caregiver and SAHM...i'll try my best to continue my breastfeeding..and eat lotsa fish..can't take pork though,i'm a muslim..i just bought FENUGREEK..its said to help increase milk supply... Wink

so sorry. Boil peanuts as soup and use chicken or beef. The one that increase milk supply is the peanuts.

You can drink fish bone soup with papaya...my son is 1 1/2 month old now...at first, my wife also got not much milk...but after eating the soup..she got more milk now...hope this help...
