Hi Mummies and Daddies

Interested to take part in the abovementioned bbshow?

The competition is opened to all babies whose parents are residing in the South East And North East District.

Group A   - 6 Months to below 12 months (29/7/2006 - 30/1/2007)
Group B   - 12 Months to below 18 months (29/1/2006 - 30/7/2006)
Group C   - 18 Months to below 24 months (29/7/2005 - 30/1/2005)

(Maximum no of particpants per group is 30).

Closing date for registration is 20 July 2007 (This Friday), before 9pm.

Registration Fee : $15 per participant

Documents required upon submission of Entry forms:
1) A Copy of Baby's Birth Cert
2) A copy of 1 parent's NRIC

If you are interested, please call me at 91073369 so that i could pass you the forms (don't have to go all the way down to Simei to collect).
Can either meet at Blk128A void deck or Punggol Plaza.

The Changi Simei CC BB Show has been cancelled. The CC just called to inform due to poor response. So sad ....
