Yes, heard that its very good, full house in Punggol and SengKang area. Used to have waiting list but not anymore so did not enrol my child. Must enrol 1 year before.

I just enrol my son to I Can Read today.
Hopefully he will start to "enjoy" speaking english.

I CAN READ kovan is better. Ask for Teacher Lynn or teacher Paul. They only teach the lower level.
