mine is with Dr Lin Ming Shyue. Who's ur PD? Did you manage to get yr refund or contact any of them? I written email to them n till now no reply. Their no is no longer in use.

I think I saw the address and contact no. of the doctors where they will be after Northern Hope closed down. It is pasted on the glass door but not sure if its still there.

ya, saw the contact no but don't hav the PD who attend to my gal.
yest i wrote 3rd email to them n finally they reply saying they trying to do the refund and now they hav to check this & that. Asking to giv them more time...
sad rite.....my gal last jab has been delay till now.
