I went to Tampines, it should be too far for you. Regarding the massage of the feet, may be you can try using baby massage oil. Just massage the bottom of the foot. My son had this nose problem when he was about 3 yrs old, especially sleeping in the aircon room, he will get block nose the next day. I always massage his feet, especially his big toe.  It does work.

Some babies may not be comfortable with Vicks. You may also want to consider this instead, product called Kavol. Can get it from pharmacies. Works like Vicks but it does not need in contact with your child's skin (eg: nose/chest etc) Just squeeze out the liquid from the tiny tube onto a corner of  a hanky and place the hanky near your baby's pillow.

It eases babies breathing esp when they have blocked nose while sleeping. Cost about $6 i think.
