  I dun think there's any childcare that r cheap. If u r checking on NTUC's "My first Skool" it's located at Blk 166 Punggol central. But the waiting list is so long n i dun think u can get a place there till next yr or probably 2012. For the other childcare centres i have checked them out personally and they r at tis moment "FULL" till next yr. U may wan to try Sengkang for your next option if u r urgently looking for one.
